BOoking Terms and conditions

  1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

    • A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  2. Final Payment

    • The remaining balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to the event date to ensure all necessary preparations are completed.

  3. Travel Fees

    • Our pricing includes travel within 20km of Preston.

    • Events held beyond 20km from Preston will incur an additional travel fee, which will be outlined in your quote.

    • Please complete our enquiry form to receive a formal quote, including applicable travel costs.

  4. Extended Service Time

    • If additional service time is required beyond the agreed duration, it can be arranged for an additional fee.

    • Requests for extended service must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  5. Public Holiday Surcharge

    • Events held on public holidays will incur a 20% surcharge due to increased operating costs.

    • We appreciate your understanding and will confirm this in your quote if applicable.

  6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    • One-time rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.

    • Refunds are not available, but we are happy to accommodate a new event date in accordance with our scheduling availability.

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
