Deposit & Booking Confirmation
A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to the event date to ensure all necessary preparations are completed.
Travel Fees
Our pricing includes travel within 20km of Preston.
Events held beyond 20km from Preston will incur an additional travel fee, which will be outlined in your quote.
Please complete our enquiry form to receive a formal quote, including applicable travel costs.
Extended Service Time
If additional service time is required beyond the agreed duration, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
Requests for extended service must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Public Holiday Surcharge
Events held on public holidays will incur a 20% surcharge due to increased operating costs.
We appreciate your understanding and will confirm this in your quote if applicable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
One-time rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.
Refunds are not available, but we are happy to accommodate a new event date in accordance with our scheduling availability.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
